What is the best mobile subscription for me?

Promotion valid until 31/07/2026 for every new Business Mobile subscription (not valid in the case of a change from an existing subscription to one of these subscriptions): receive for 6 months a discount on the monthly price of the chosen subscription. If the basic price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price will also increase by the same amount. Offer cannot be combined with other current promotions or the combined offer of a smartphone with subscriptions.

Secure Net free for 3 months
Offer valid until 31/12/2026 inclusive for all new Business Mobile customers. The first three months are free.
After this promotional period, the service will be charged at the applicable monthly rate.

Pricing

Secure Net Mobile: €2/month – protection for all mobile subscriptions included in your pack on the 4G/5G mobile network, including devices connected via tethering (hotspot).

Protection is only valid on the relevant Proximus network (fixed and/or mobile). Cancellation is possible at any time via MyProximus.

Prices excl. VAT valid in Belgium and while traveling (roaming) in the EU zone except for premium numbers (voting numbers, 0900, etc.) and third-party services. The use of unlimited services and roaming is subject to personal and normal/reasonable use as stipulated in the general terms and conditions of Proximus(PDF, 235 KB). Unused call minutes, texts or MB included in the bundle are not carried over to the next month. Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Data usage is calculated per KB. When out-of-bundle data usage reaches €60, the Internet connection will be blocked until the start of the next billing cycle. Unlimited SMS messages to all mobile networks in Belgium and within the EU countries, with the exception of SMS messages sent from Belgium, to EU countries or outside the EU zone and special numbers (voting, gaming, etc.). The included mobile surf volume is only valid in the EU zone*.

When the bundle units have been used up, calls will be billed at €0.2/min excl. VAT and data at €0.08/MB excl. VAT.

To use the Proximus 4G or 5G/5G+ network you need to have a compatible device.

Each month you get 250 GB at maximum speed on 5G valid in Belgium and the EU zone*. If you use more you’ll be surfing at reduced speed (maximum 512 kbps) without extra cost.

In addition, you will receive 100 call minutes and texts for use to countries in the EU zone. When the units included in the bundle are used up, calls, SMS and data will be invoiced at the price of the actual Business Mobile plan.

Normal and personal use of the Service by the Customer and unlimited use
The service is conditioned to a non-abusive use, with due diligence ". Proximus therefore reserves the right to limit or suspend the service in the event of use in excess of 300 GB/month.

The 5G/5G+ network is only accessible in certain areas covered in Belgium and requires a 5G/5G+-compatible device: more info on proximus.be/5G.

In the context of unlimited offers, the following practices are not considered as normal or personal use (non-exhaustive list):

When the customer sends more than 10,000 SMS messages per month and/or 500 SMS messages per day.

When the customer sends SMS messages to more than 250 different recipients per month.

When the customer regularly makes calls for more than 6 hours per day and/or 30 hours per week.

Fraudulent calls & SMS filtering: Proximus implements, in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations, technical measures aimed at detecting and filtering fraudulent calls and messages (such as phishing attempts, smishing, or similar scams) before they reach customers. These measures rely on automated mechanisms and evolving technical criteria. Due to the changing and sophisticated nature of fraud, Proximus cannot guarantee the identification or blocking of all fraudulent communications, and some calls or messages may still reach the customer. These measures therefore cannot be considered as a guarantee of results, nor as absolute protection against any fraud attempt. It is the customer’s responsibility to remain vigilant and never disclose personal, banking, or security data in response to suspicious messages or calls, even when filtering mechanisms are active.

Customers with a mobile subscription or prepaid card are automatically given the option to make mobile payments.

This option allows you to purchase third-party services, such as a subscription to streaming services, a digital magazine, purchases on game consoles, e-books, parking or train tickets, paid applications in an app store, etc. The maximum value per transaction is €50.

Your purchases are linked to your mobile number and can be consulted in the usage section via MyProximus.

The settlement of your purchases takes place together with the settlement of your Proximus products and services. The overview of your purchases is listed in the section “Details of your statement for third-party services”, which is added as an attachment to your Proximus bill or statement.

Your standard monthly budget is set at €100 and can be adjusted via MyProximus to a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €250. You can also choose to deactivate or reactivate this option free of charge via MyProximus.
